Well another successful International Rally is in the books as they say. Although there were a few challenges this year as many of our Canadian family and friends couldn’t join us, we carried on and had fun. The daily changing rules and opening up of states due to Covid keep the planning team, Ron & Wanda Llewellyn as well as Linda and DeAnn hopping, but all in all things ran well and it was wonderful to get together and enjoy each other’s company.
The Klub would not run without our wonderful members and all the hours they volunteer. This truly is a wonderful and amazing Klub. Thank you all who stepped us and volunteered.
Have you thought about offering your time and talent? Co-hosting a rally or even assisting at a rally is a great way to start and rewarding at the same time. If you are not ready to host a whole event ask if you can plan a meal or activity. Most hosts would love to have an extra set of hands, or an idea of a great campground, or activity, or place to visit. Don’t be afraid, ask away, have fun and step outside your comfort zone as they say. Try something new or share a talent with others. There is so much to experience out there.
On the note of asking…We like to hear from each of you, and we do our best to get to as many rallies as we can. We believe that by getting to know you as members of this Klub we open the doors of communication. If you have an idea or suggestion you don’t have to wait to see us at a rally, our contact information is here in this magazine and on the Kountry Klub website. We do want to hear how we as a Klub can make your experience better, from little things to bigger, don’t be shy. We can guarantee that we will pass on what you tell us to the International Directions and to the Board of Directors. Some things take time to change and others happen quickly. But without your input we don’t know what the Klub wants to change.
We use the Kountry Klub Calendar on the website to select the rallies we are to attend. We try to fit in as many rallies as we can to as few miles traveled as possible. If you are planning a rally that has not made it on the books, or you think we may have missed seeing yours, please feel free to email us the details so we can consider adding it to the schedule. Below are the rallies that we are planning to attend as of this publication. We look forward to seeing you soon.
