Are you all ready to head out west(ish) with us for the 36th International Rally? We sure hope so! Dates for the rally are July 16-23 and parking will be on the 15 & 16th. The location will be Rock Springs, Wyoming at the Sweetwater Events Complex. Rock Springs is a new location for us and the best part of it is we’ll have at least 600 sites and they are all 50 amp full hookup!
As we all know costs for everything have been rising this past year, and unfortunately it has affected our rally pricing. We have done our best to keep the costs down while maintaining the quality of the rally.
See the rally ad in the Klub Calendar on the site for complete details and other rally options/cost. As stated reservations will open on Monday, February 7th. At 8:00 am Eastern Time the reservation form will be added to the bottom of the existing page.
Just a note, some of our events sell out the same day it opens. This event will have 600 sites available so you don’t have to set your alarm to be on your computer the minute it opens.
Below are a few updates we have to share with you:
— We have been informed that NIRVC will be the dealer displaying the 2023 models. They will once again host a time of fun and entertainment, giveaways and prizes.
— We will also have IWS Sales in attendance displaying the 2023 Super C models.
— We are in communication with both the RV Driving School and RV Weighing Team and both are planning to be in attendance at the rally.
— This location’s parking will be unique as we will be parking units by the length of units to fit the length of sites. It will be important that you supply the unit length when registering and if you are requesting a handicap spot please indicate if you have a handicap lift unit so we can accommodate the needed space.
— All trailers will need to be unhooked and will be parked separately in an area near your unit.
— Also important to note is that the water, sewer and electric hookups will be approximately 40′ from your unit and you will need to be prepared with additional hoses/cords when arriving.
— We would like to note that although many sites are quite level, some will require material to assure a comfortable, level site. So, again, please come prepared.
— We will once again offer boondocking one night before your scheduled date of arrival. The cost will be $10 cash and will be collected upon arrival.
— Last year a couple of our craft class instructors noticed we had more kids in attendance and said they would offer some kids craft classes or possible kids activities. We will keep you updated as this develops in future editions.
— The rally ad in the Legacy magazine under the listing of items Included In Your Rally Fee shows two (2) Dinners. That should have read two (2) Dinners & three (3) Breakfasts.
Freightliner has opened registration for their 2-day Camp Freightliner classes to be offered on July 23 & 24th the Saturday and Sunday after the rally.
Registration for these classes will be done directly on the Freightliner website https://www.freightlinerchassis.com click on Motorhome, then Camp Freightliner. Or simply Click Here to view information on the class or to register. To complete the registration you need the code of WY0723.
Just a reminder you must be registered for the International Rally to attend the Camp Freightliner classes. To extend your stay to cover these days you can go to the Sweetwater Events Complex office during the rally, or you can call them at direct at 307-352-6789.
The local tourism/visitors office will be offering a pre-rally tour on July 11 & 12 of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area.

You will also need to arrange early arrival of at least one day before your tour date through your rally arrival date with the Sweetwater Events Complex at 307-352-6789. They will park you in an area away from our rally parking area and buildings. Please respect our request to not enter these areas. On your designated date and time of arrival on your rally parking card you will then move to the staging area to be parked in your rally parking site. Below is information on the tour.
Another great option being offered by the Sweetwater Events Complex will be Play & Stay, the availability to extend your camping after the rally to explore the surrounding areas of Rock Springs and Sweetwater County. Reservations for this will open directly thru the Sweetwater Events Complex as of February 7th.
