The Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Newmar Kountry Klub invites all Newmar Kountry Klub members to experience the 2021 NASCAR / INDYCAR Tripleheader Race Weekend, August 13-15.
Included in the Rally Fee:
- RV Camping in Lot 4, located just outside of IMS
- Primitive 50 amp electric. Please arrive with full water tank and empty holding tanks. Water and pumpouts may be provided by the track at a separate fee.
- Reserved Seating for Saturday’s Doubleheader and Sunday’s Cup Series Race in J Stand
- Friday Practice General Admission Tickets
- $5 Retail Voucher
- Sunday Morning Track Walk*
- One Dinner on Thursday Arrival Day
- Track Lap Experience*
*Track Walk is subject to change or cancellation. RV’s are not permitted on track only additional vehicles are permitted to participate in the Track Lap.
Race Weekend Schedule:

- NASCAR Xfinity / INDYCAR Practice – Friday, August 13
- NASCAR Xfinity / INDYCAR Doubleheader Race Day – Saturday, August 14

- Camping Check Out – Monday, August 16 by 11:59 a.m. EST
Cost for this event will be: Two (2) people in a unit $942.00, One (1) in a unit $676.00 and Each guest in unit $266.00. Payment in full will be made at the time of booking. Rally Hosts will be Don & Kathy Klingstein.

Four Events Opening for Reservations in April and June
1 – Black Hills Rally
We have rescheduled the cancelled 2020 Black Hills Rally. Dates will be September 8-15, 2021. We will be staying at the Mt. Rushmore KOA at Palmer Gulch with full hookups.
Enjoy the spectacular scenery which is the Black Hills. We will visit Custer State Park and hopefully spot free range bison and begging burros, Bear Country, the Mammoth Site at Hot Springs, Wind Cave scenic loop, Journey Museum, the StavKirke Chapel—Chapel of the Hills, Ellsworth Air Museum and Missile Site. We’ll tour the Landstrom Black Hills Gold Factory, as well as visit The Badlands and Wall Drug. Most of our travel will be by luxury motorcoach so all of our guests may enjoy the views. The event will also include a free day so that you can enjoy any of the many other area attractions on your own or with the new friends you’ll make on this trip.
After opening to those when we cancelled in 2020 we will only have 16 spots available for our members. Cost for this event will be: Two in a unit $2,150.00, One in a unit $1,350.00 and Each guest in unit $800.00.

2 – Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Rally
Reservations will open Monday, April 5th at 10:00 am EST through our website. Dates will be October 1-6. Join us for this exclusive Newmar Kountry Klub Special Event. The Balloon Fiesta is one of the most colorful events in the world. Come experience this spectacular event with your fellow Klub members!
We will be staying in the VIP North parking area on the balloon grounds. This year, as in the past, it is dry camping (no Sewer, Water or Electric Service) . One pump-out provided, extra water and pump-outs available at your cost – undetermined at this time.
Including in the Rally Fee:
- Camping on Balloon Grounds
- During our Welcome Meeting we will have a Balloon Orientation and Demonstration
- Unlimited Access to Launch Field for all Day & Evening Events
- Two Dinners, Three Lunches and Four Socials
- Self Tour of the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center

NOTE: Itinerary subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. The nightly fireworks will be very close to our parking area with specular viewing. If you or your pets have adverse reaction to loud fireworks consider this before registering.

3 – Christmas in Branson
The Christmas in Branson Rally has been rescheduled for November 7-14, 2021. Get into the holiday spirit by joining us for the Christmas in Branson Special Event. We will be staying at America’s Best Campground with full hookups.
Some of the highlighted shows are Dolly Parton’s Stampede, The Duttons, Brett Family Christmas, The Texas Tenors, Oh Happy Day, Sight & Sound Theatre presentation of Noah, Clay Cooper, Haygoods, Hughes Brothers, and the Showboat Branson Belle. We will enjoy a tour of the College of the Ozarks, the Ralph Foster Museum, and lunch at the Keeter Center. Other delicious delights will include Getting Basted, Montana Mike, Uptown Café, and The White River Fish House. Free time has been added this year so you can enjoy exploring the many attractions this area has to offer.
Cost for the event:
- Two (2) people in unit – $2,200.00
- One (1) person in unit – $1,300.00
- Each guest in unit – $900.00.
Rally hosts will be Jerry & Sue Argabrite. This event was cancelled in 2020 and will be opened first to those registered when we cancelled. Go to the Klub Calendar to see details of the event or to register when the event opens on Monday, June 7 at 10 am EST.
4 – Rally in the Keys
The Rally in the Keys will be held December 5-11, 2021. This event provides a great time of relaxation and enjoying the ocean breezes with your Newmar friends before the rush of the holidays.
We will be staying at the newly renovated Fiesta Key Resort with 50 amp full hookup sites. Enjoy a daily social at sunset and time to explore on your own or just sit back and relax. Included will be two dinners and three breakfasts and an ice cream social. We have several tours set up: the Pigeon Key Boat Tour, Dolphin Research Center, Theater of the Sea Tour and a Key West Trolley Tour.
After registering for the event, you do have the opportunity to register directly with the campground for two additional days before or after the rally at a reduced daily rate. Gary & Wanda Smith will be your experienced rally hosts.
This will be open exclusively to Klub members first on Monday, June 14th at 10:00 am eastern time. As of Monday, August 9th we will open to guest units space permitting.
We will have 50 sites available. Pricing is yet to be determined. We hope to have complete details and pricing added to the Klub Calendar in the next month.

2022/2023 Special Events
The 2022 Tampa Supershow Rally will be held January 18-23 and will be opened exclusively to Klub members first in early August. Space permitting we can add guest units as of November 8. We will have more information available in the June Happenings.
We are beginning to plan the rest of the 2022 Special Event Calendar and hope to be able to announce those events early this summer/fall.
The cancelled 2020 Calgary Stampede and Canadian Rockies Caravan will be rescheduled in 2023. We will announce confirmed event dates in future editions as plans are completed.
