The Kountry Klub continues to be a very successful owners club in the R.V. market. Thanks to each of you for your continued efforts and support of the Klub and Newmar Corporation!
The Newmar executive team has been discussing how we can better support and grow the Kountry Klub. The demographics of the Klub membership and the marketplace continue to change. As a result of the strategy discussions, the plan is to increase the coordination and integration of the Klub with Newmar’s Sales & Marketing functions, build on the current ownership base, and branch out to new and different demographics with more use of digital marketing and social media platforms.
This is to inform you that we will be posting an opening for International Director of the Kountry Klub, with the transition being later this year. With the Klub direction changing, including more digital technology to facilitate growth, a new job description for the position has been developed and is including in this posting. It will also be in the next edition of the Legacy magazine.
As has been done in the past when we have made transitions to a new director, Ron Llewellyn will continue as the International Director through the International Rally in Sedalia. The incoming Director will shadow Ron and Wanda through the year, including at the International Rally, and will assume responsibilities of the Klub by the end of the year. I and Newmar appreciate the dedication, efforts, leadership, and passion the Llewellyn’s have demonstrated and continue to portray to the Kountry Klub and it’s members.
I appreciate your full continued support of Ron and Wanda through this year, so we can have a successful International Rally, and positive transition.
