Join us for a rally in Quartzsite, AZ that combines 3 events starting on 01/14/2024 for early arrival for Jeeps and off road vehicles. A discussion on four wheeling basic concepts will be held that evening. Two days of off road trail adventures on Monday and Tuesday. For those 2 days, we will run around on easy to challenging trails exploring the history and natural beauty that surrounds the Quartzsite area.
The next event is the traditional pre-big tent rally which starts on Wednesday 01/17/2024 and runs through Sunday. Dinners will be provided Wednesday through Saturday and potluck heavy hors d’oeuvres on Sunday. Light snacks each afternoon to be provided by all attendees. Seminars on Thursday and Friday. Bonfires each night, weather permitting. We are also planning on music for 1-2 nights including Rocky who gave a great performance at the last event.
Lastly is the annual free Quartzsite Sports, Vacation and RV Show (The Big Tent) from Saturday, 01/20/2024 through the following Sunday. We will be Boondocking on BLM land (14 day Free pass). We hope to be able to give the free pass for BLM registration out at registration, as in years past. You will need to input your license plate number on the form. For those new to boondocking, we will send out our updated primer in December. This is an easy way to be introduced into the joys of boondocking. Attendees do not need to be Newmar Klub members and all brands are welcome but mocked, of course.
NKK members are able to start registering online at newmarkountryklub.com as of the time of this posting. Non-members will be allowed to register online starting in September (place GUEST on line for member number). The rally fee will be announced closer to the event and is based on the number of rigs attending (anticipated $80-$100 per rig). We will be limiting the rig count to 150, due to logistics. We will post the anticipated amount for the rally fee in late November or early December. We will include a link for online payment, at that time, which must be paid by 12/15/2023.
