Ron & Wanda Llewellyn, International Directors, are currently working on many contracts to put together another great event for the 37th International Rally. Below you will find some preliminary information as well as areas we can use your help.
Date of Rally: September 30 – October 7
Parking Days: September 29 and 30
Location: Missouri State Fairgrounds, Sedalia, Missouri
Reservation Opening Date: Monday, April 10th @ 8:00 am eastern time
All sites will be 50-amp full hookup. We hope to have a great turnout as the rally will be centrally located for those traveling from the eastern or western side of the country.
We will once again offer area group tours as well as several you can do on your own.
You will have the option to come in and boondock on the grounds one night before your scheduled arrival.
One of the items mentioned on past rally survey forms was that you would like to see more vendors in attendance. We need your help on this! If you are at an RV Show and see a vendor or know of a company you feel would be a great addition to our rally, please get their business card or contact information and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with this information so we can add them to our vendor mailing list.
Seeking Seminar and Craft Class Leaders
• Seminar Leaders – Are you knowledgeable on a topic of interest to our members or would like to share about a hobby? Generally, seminars will run 50 minutes, but if added time is needed, we will accommodate that.
• Craft Class Leaders – Do you have love for crafts and would like to teach others one of your favorite crafts? We can schedule your class per your preference of time needed, supplies the members need to bring or if you will provide all supplies in kit form. You set the price for the class.

Are You Leading a Group of Four (4) or More Into the Rally as a Caravan?
If so, please read and follow the important procedures below:
The caravan leader must email the Klub office at firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, April 3rd with the complete list of members in their caravan, including the name, Klub number, and the date they will all register online. If you do not pre-register your caravan, we cannot guaranty we will be able to park you together.
Please be sure the caravan attendees all register for the same date of arrival. Basic rally fee includes Saturday, September 30th arrival and departure on Saturday, October 7th. You will have the option to register for early arrival in your permanent parking location on Friday, September 29th. They should also add the caravan group name/leader to the comment section so we can manually match the group together.
The caravan will not be considered complete and ready to process until all caravan reservations are received. We will hold all reservations if we must contact a member with incomplete information.
We will once again be offering separate bookdocking one night prior to your scheduled arrival date. If the caravan group is planning to boondock, be sure everyone indicates that on the rally reservation form.
Registration will begin on our website Monday, April 10th at 8:00 am Eastern Time. On that date simply go to newmarkountryklub.com click on Klub Calendar and then 2023 International Rally. By late March we will have complete details and pricing on the event added to the site.
