Dates for the 2022 International Rally will be July 16-23 with parking on the 15 & 16th. We will be located at the Sweetwater Events Complex in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This location has 600 50 amp full hookup sites available. At this point we have close to just over 465 units registered. If you are new to the Klub or are debating on attending, see the information below on what is happening during the event.
Below are important notes we want to point out to you:
— NIRVC will be the dealer displaying the 2023 Class A models. They will once again host a time of fun and entertainment, give away’s and prizes. We will also have IWS Sales in attendance displaying the 2023 Super C models.
— Parking will be unique as we will be parking units by the length of units to fit the length of sites. It will be important that you supply the unit length when registering and if you are requesting a handicap spot please indicate if you have a handicap lift unit so we can accommodate the needed space.
— All trailers will need to be unhooked and will be parked separately in an area near your unit.
— Also important to note is that the water, sewer and electric hookups will be approximately 40′ from your unit. Please arrive prepared with additional hoses/cords.
— Although many sites are quite level, some will require material to assure a comfortable, level site. So, again, please come prepared.
— You can boondock one night before your scheduled date of arrival. The cost will be $10 cash and will be collected upon arrival.
— Need service work to be done at the rally? Within your rally packet is a bright yellow Rally Service Envelope with information on requesting work to be performed by the Newmar Techs at the rally. If you would like to request service for your unit please complete the service request form and return it to the Newmar Service Department as soon as possible. This year it is particularly important to get this turned in early due to extended delivery times for ordering parts.
Included in the rally fee is seven nights 50 amp full hookup camping, five meals, five days of seminars offered by Newmar Corporation, Newmar Suppliers and Vendors as well as several offered by our members. Two dealers will be in attendance with the 2023 Class A and Super C Models on display. We will enjoy five (5) meals, three (3) nights of professional entertainment, game night, regional social get-togethers and our annual pet contest. Optional golf tournament and craft classes are available for signup.

An added perk to registering early is our “Early Bird Drawing.” If you are registered by May 13, 2022, you will be in our drawing to win back your basic rally fee! We are happy to announce you will be able to rent your own golf cart during the rally direct through Intermountain Golf Cars. Rental pricing for the 4 passenger golf cart rentals is $650.00 for the week. To reserve a cart please call Intermountain Golf Cars at 801-255-8828. Carts will be available on a first come first served basis.
The RV Driving School will be attending the rally. They will be offering “one on one over the road” driving instruction before, during, and after the rally for our rally attendees. They also will be conducting several seminars on techniques for safely driving your RV. They are sending three instructors this year to handle the increased demand.

RV Safety Foundation will be in attendance at the rally to provide wheel position weighing for our members. They will have a booth set up in the vendor building to register for their service. They will also provide a seminar on RV Weight and Tire Safety.
