2020 Special Events CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
Due to health concerns for our members and event leaders as well as the uncertainty of our planned events we have had to cancel several of our special events. These include the 2020 San Antonio/Spring in Texas in April, the Lewis & Clark Caravan in June, the Calgary Stampeded/Canadian Rockies in July, the Grand Circle Caravan in August, the Black Hills Rally in September and most recently the Branson Christmas Rally in November. We intend to repeat these events in 2021 or 2022.
We were also planning a new event in New England. Unfortunately the availability of camping and tours are too unsure at this time to move forward. We may look at this event in the future.
All members that were listed as attendees when we cancelled the events will be notified a week before reservations open up to register. We will then will open the remaining spots to our members.
Looking Forward to 2021 Special Events
To begin 2021 off we will hold our two annual events in January. First for our members in the southeast is the Tampa Supershow Rally. Dates for this event will be January 12-17. This event is dry camping with 30 amp electric. You will have unlimited access to all show activities and have the ability to register for service work by Newmar service techs. Within our parking area we will have a tent set up for several social get-togethers, possible seminars, and the annual meeting with the Newmar Executives for an update on Newmar and a Q & A session. This event is limited to 211 sites and sells out each year.
New Reservation Opening Date & Information:
This event is a buddy rally. But due to selling out quickly the last several years leaving many of our members on a standby list we will separate reservation dates for our members and guest units. We will open reservations only to members on Tuesday, September 8th at 10:00 am EST through our website. We will then open to guest units, space permitting, on Monday, October 19th also through our website.
If you have a guest coming please have them register through the website by entering the word GUEST in the Klub Number section and in the comment section they should add “Guest of” and your name.
If circumstances becomes questionable on this event the reservation date may change. A notation of a revised reservation date will be posted on the website rally ad.
Any questions please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at 877-639-5582.

Parking is free for up to 14 days. A small donation is collected to cover the meals and miscellaneous costs involved.
As in past years we will provide or coordinate several meals. Some will require contributions by all attendees.
Activities Planned so far:
- Social hours each afternoon weather permitting.
- Campfires each night weather permitting.
- Seminars by vendors and attendees.
- ‘Big Tent’ RV Show and too many open air flea markets and shopping areas to count in town!
Complete details are always communicated to the registered attendees in December. Hosted again in 2021 by Ruth Ann & Ted Hindes and Teresa & Bob Solomon-Billings.
Location: We will be in the same area as in the past – South of I-10 below Quartzsite. Go 6.2 miles south on Hwy 95 (south of Milepost 99). Turn west on 53rd St North (formerly LaPaz Valley Rd) about 200 yards and then go northwest into the desert. Follow the Newmar Kountry Klub signs, the first sign will be where you turn off Hwy 95 to the right south of milepost 99. Come early and/or stay later or just stop by to visit if you can.

2020 Lewis & Clark Caravan – Rescheduled
Caravan dates for Lewis and Clark will be July 28-September 14, 2021. This schedule allows for 5 travel days from the International Rally location of Lewisburg, West Virginia to St Charles, Missouri the beginning point of this adventure.
Our Caravan will follow the route of the 1804 – 06 journey of the “Corps of Discovery”, up the Missouri River to its headwaters in western Montana, across the rugged Bitterroot Mountains, and thence down the Columbia River to the Pacific. Our journey will cover just short of 3,000 miles, 17 RV Parks, and have no one-night stays planned.
While the theme of the caravan is the history of the Lewis and Clark expedition, we are planning some great modern adventures along the way. Including two riverboat cruises, a few bus and trolley tours, a jet boat trip up Hells Canyon, as well as many meals. There will be time for exploring on your own, including a National Battlefield, National Parks, the Garden of 1000 Buddhas, and the National Bison Range, various hiking trails, some great golf and swimming opportunities, and the fantastic Route of the Hiawatha bicycle Rails-to-Trail (imagine 17 miles all downhill through tunnels and across trestles, with a bus ride back to the top!).
This caravan will be led by Jeff & Kaynell Zeman, This will be offered first to those that were registered when we cancelled the event for 2020. After those spots are filled we will open to the members. We anticipate this opening for reservations in December. Watch the next couple edition’s for more information. If you have any questions email us at email@example.com.
