A discussion on four wheeling basic concepts will be held Sunday evening. Two days of off-road trail adventures on Monday and Tuesday of varying difficulty. For those two days\, we will run around on easy to challenging trails exploring the history and natural beauty that surrounds the Quartzsite area. There were 30 off-road vehicles at last year’s outing\, but we are already at 60 vehicles. \nWednesday\, January 17\, starts the annual pre-big tent rally which runs through Sunday. We will be running the second annual chili cook-off on Friday night and the US-Canadian rematch will be held for bragging rights (judges can be bribed but must be in US dollars and not loonies\, lol). Dinners\, including the cook-off\, will be provided from Wednesday through Saturday and potluck heavy hors d’oeuvres for Sunday. All attendees are asked to bring light snacks each afternoon. Seminars will be scheduled on Thursday and Friday mornings. Bonfires will occur each night\, weather permitting. We are also planning on music from Rocky\, who gave a great performance at this past year’s event. Lastly is the annual free Quartzsite Sports\, Vacation and RV Show (The Big Tent) from Saturday January 20th through the following Sunday.  Everyone is welcome to stay past our event to attend as many days as you need to take in all the sights of the big tent. \nWe will be Boondocking on BLM land (14 day Free pass). We hope to be able to give the free pass for BLM registration out at registration\, as in years past.  For those new to boondocking\, we will send out our updated primer in December. This is an easy way to be introduced into the joys of boondocking. \nAttendees do not need to be Newmar Klub members\, and all brands are welcome. Register below.
