Our rally will provide you with 4 (four) continental breakfasts and 3 (three) meals along with a driving school\, tours\, tank cleaning*\, Q&A’s\, games and other fun activities. \nBeaver Coach Sales of Bend\, our sponsor\, will be coordinating our driving school. They will provide the coaches and tech instructors with each participant having a one-hour with their instructor to improve on the skills they already have or to learn new ones. \nTours we are currently working on: \nHigh Desert Museum: where you can encounter wildlife up close\, explore the history and culture of the wild West and take in beautiful art. The museum is a cultural gem set on 135 acres of awe. Exhibits are constantly changing and even though you may’ve visited before\, there is always something new to see. \nCrescent Moon Ranch (Oregon’s Premiere Alpaca Destination): with vista views of the Three Sisters\, Mt. Jefferson and Smith Rock their pastures are surrounded by some of the best that Central Oregon has to offer. The homestead is a 1911 farmhouse\, the boutique building is an old potato cellar\, and the old barn and hay barn are full of character. We will tour the alpaca farm and then visit their boutique. Alpaca fiber is one of the rarest and most treasured natural fibers in the world. It’s quickly becoming one of the most popular clothing commodities\, which is why visiting their boutique is such a treasure. \nYou’ll also have time to explore other areas of Bend\, like hiking Pilot Butte or Smith Rock\, visiting one of the many local breweries or simply walking along the Deschutes River in downtown Bend. Downtown Bend is a gem to see on its own\, so plan to make it part of your visit. \nThe RV site cost will be separate from the rally fee\, giving you the opportunity to come a few days early and/or stay a few days later\, all at our discounted rally rate of $69 for a standard site and $79 for a premium site (taxes not included). They will be available from 4/24 – 5/2/2026. \nReserving your site: once we’ve received your registration and rally fee payment\, we’ll then send you a form to complete to request your preference of a standard or premium site. Please do not contact Bend RV Resort directly\, as they’ve asked the chapter officers to organize the reservations in advance. Once they receive the site roster from us\, the resort will then be in contact with you\, a couple weeks before the rally\, to obtain your payment information.
