Call them ASAP and tell them you are with the New Mexico Chile Peppers. \nThe Ceremonial has many activities\, but our schedule allows the opportunity to focus in on the dance contests of the Powwow and attend a couple of days of Rodeo. The Powwow includes tribes from across America so the regalia (costumes) are amazing. More information may be found on their website https://gallupceremonial.com/. \nThis year\, we will include an evening trip to the Crown Point Navajo Rug Auction\, the official monthly rug auction held by the Navajo Weavers Association. Bourbon Springs RV Resort will honor the following prices for the entire week of the rally\, so come a few days early or stay a few days afterwards. We have 40 pull through campsites: $76.50/night\, and 40 back in campsites for $67.50/night. They will provide the coaches and tech instructors with each participant having a one-hour with their instructor to improve on the skills they already have or to learn new ones. \nTours we are currently working on: \nHigh Desert Museum: where you can encounter wildlife up close\, explore the history and culture of the wild West and take in beautiful art. The museum is a cultural gem set on 135 acres of awe. Exhibits are constantly changing and even though you may’ve visited before\, there is always something new to see. \nCrescent Moon Ranch (Oregon’s Premiere Alpaca Destination): with vista views of the Three Sisters\, Mt. Jefferson and Smith Rock their pastures are surrounded by some of the best that Central Oregon has to offer. The homestead is a 1911 farmhouse\, the boutique building is an old potato cellar\, and the old barn and hay barn are full of character. We will tour the alpaca farm and then visit their boutique. Alpaca fiber is one of the rarest and most treasured natural fibers in the world. It’s quickly becoming one of the most popular clothing commodities\, which is why visiting their boutique is such a treasure. \nYou’ll also have time to explore other areas of Bend\, like hiking Pilot Butte or Smith Rock\, visiting one of the many local breweries or simply walking along the Deschutes River in downtown Bend. The Sierra foothills have provided a great backdrop for many of our California rallies and this one should be no different. You’ll experience catered meals from local restaurants\, a variety of fun activities\, and learn more about the history-rich and friendly culture that help to make every NKK rally experience unique. (There are even rumors that the “Tom & Danny eggs in a bag” tradition will live on at our rally! =) Rest assured\, we will include more detail for our registered guests about individual events (including an optional adventure or two) as we nail everything down over the next few months. \nAs for the price? DESCRIPTION:Resort is holding 25 sites for us until September 1st. Please make your reservation directly with the campground\, as we expect Sites to sell out quickly. If we get our reservations in quickly\, and there are more sites available\, the Resort will honor the Rally price until they run out of sites. If you would like to stay longer\, please request additional days at the time you make your reservation. The Rally rate will be honored for those extra days as well. Rally prices vary from $111 night for a covered site with dog run to $65 for Luxury Back-in site\, depending upon which site you pick (Rally rate is calculated as their normal rate less 15%). They also have tiny homes ($175/night based on double occ.) and reasonable monthly rates for anyone thinking of wintering in the Texas Hill Country. Full deposit required at time of reservation. If reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival\, the deposit should be refunded in full less $25.
