West Virginia Traveling Mountaineers Fall Chapter Rally – Region 6
There are many different and interesting things to experience in and around Huntington. Activities aren’t finalized but will include opportunities to visit art museums, the Heritage Farm Museum, glass factory, Marshall University, the Marshall Memorial, antique shopping, live music and more.
The Beech Fork State Park Campground is very large and divided into four distinct camping areas. Our group will be in the Old Orchard Campground which is immediately adjacent to the park office and Campers Corner Store. John and Mary Knight, Chapter President and Vice-President and rally hosts, have reserved site 6; our Secretary/Treasurer has reserved site 7; and our State Directors have reserved site 5. For convenience we suggest you reserve a site near there. You will want to make your reservations by phone; as 60+ year old WV residents you can claim a 50% discount or as non-resident veterans, a 10% discount. The phone number is 304-528-5794. You can make reservations online, but you cannot claim the discounts online.
Rally Fee: No Fee
Reservation Deadline: September 1, 2022
