You must call Sauder Village at 800-590-9755 (listen for Heritage Inn/RV Park prompt) for reservations, and please refer to Booking Code 7894 – Lake Erie Drifters. FHU Back-In sites are $40.00 or $38.00 if 10 or more sites are booked. A credit card will be taken at time of reservation for guarantee, but will not be charged until check-in or if you do not show up for your reservation. Sites must be booked by September 1, 2023, at which time unreserved sites in our block will be released. Also, additional days are waitlisted and may become available. Sauder Village will be holding their “Fall on the Farm” activities Wednesday through Saturday (all details not yet available). The village will be open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Entry fee prices for the village and museum vary and a two-day ticket is a bargain as too much to see in one day. They do offer a AAA and Senior Discount. Active duty military and reserves are free. All Newmar Kountry Klub members welcome.

Rally fee includes: Tuesday evening welcome pizza party; Wednesday Birthday Dinner of brisket & pulled chicken, potato salad, baked beans, chips, salad and birthday cake; Thursday dinner at “The Barn Restaurant” for full buffet dinner including coffee, tea, or soft drink, tax and tip; Friday morning farewell gathering including apple fritters/donuts, etc. from Sauders “Dough Box Bakers,” plus a surprise or two.
