PENNSYLVANIA NEWS, FEBRUARY 2010

Hi Pennsylvania Newmar Members: 

        Here we are again! It is time to think about our 2010 Camping Season in Pennsylvania. We believe that the chapters have put together a great season with fun filled activities.

        Included with this letter you will find the "2010 Pennsylvania State Rally Reservation Form" and the list of "Pennsylvania Rallies for 2010". We hope you find this information helpful in planning your camping for this summer. Infromation for some rallies is not complete, so please check with the chapters Presidents for more info or look in Konnection.

        The state rally will be held in Erie, PA this year and hopefully we will have a large amount of participation from both chapters. We will be camped right on the Bay of Lake Erie with the channel to the lake in view. It will be a 3-day adventure with Friday being spent at Presque Isle in a rented cabin that can be used as a base to enjoy the Peninsula. There is a bike/walking path around the Peninsula, canoe and skidoo rental, swimming, bird watching, place to play lawn games, and also just relaxing with friends. we will have a catered supper in the cabin. There are only 33 sites available and the reservation deadline is May 2,2010.

         The International Rally will be held this August in Goshen, IN at the Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds. This will be the 25th Anniversary of the Kountry Klub celebration, so check the Kountry Klub website or hopefully you have ordered your Konnection for this year for more information. Please try to attend with your friends.

         We have had a few of our members on the sick list this winter and we hope they are felling better or on the mend so they can be with us camping and enjoying the friendship for which our Klub is known.

Includes 3 nights camping w/water, 50 amp.electric, & dump station, and parking on a black top pad.

3 continental breakfasts & 3 dinners (2 catered). Cabin rental at Presque Isle on Friday to enjoy the Peninsula with swimming, canoe and bike rental available, bike& hiking path, room for lawn games, and the dinner will be catered. For early or extended stays, please include them with your rally fee at $25 for Sunday-Thursday and $30 for Friday & Saturday. Newmar Cancellation policy applies.

NEWS FROM THE ALLEGHENY KOUNTRY KAMPERS
