Hello! And first things first. Our chapter, the Tennessee – Volunteer Kruisers, have been lucky enough to recruit a few more members. Please say HELLO to:

Gary and Tori Bray from Eatonton, Georgia
Jim and Barb Watson from Dawsonville, Georgia
Jim and Cyndi Butler from Knoxville, Tennessee. . . and welcome to our chapter.

As we all know, the Sedalia International Rally is now in the history books and a good time was had by all at another Bob and Bonnie Rally! We hope that everyone is working on completing their to-do list for 2017. From the updates I’ve been receiving, our members have been on the go and seeing the sites every month. With fall in the air, time is short to get that one last road trip checked off this year’s bucket list before the snow flies.

Hello! and welcome to Summer. At the time of the writing of this article, we have had plenty of mid-80-degree weather in Tennessee. Perfect weather for rolling that RV down the road to a new destination.

Our Tennessee State Rally, hosted by Phil and Charlene Budd was a fantastic success. We recruited six new member couples to our chapter. Please say “HELLO” to Butch and Martha Brock from Johnson City TN, Don and Pam Cunningham from Gallatin TN, Dale and Linda Francis from LaFollette TN, Tom and Marge Kunhart from Madison AL, Steve and Debbie Matthews from Monroe GA and Joe and Bonnie Portera from Crossville TN. We look forward to more camping adventures with our great membership and a detailed report from Phil and Charlene Budd (our State Directors) about their caravan to Alaska and the possibly still frozen nort

The Tennessee Volunteer Kruisers are on a roll! Our winter snowbirds are back to their home roosts and many are anxious to hit the road again.

Our first gathering was a no-RV luncheon scheduled in McMinnville, TN. It was great to kick off the schedule with a casual luncheon. Some of our members have gotten a jump start on traveling. Our President and Secretary, the Wards, have already journeyed to Iowa for a wedding and Charlotte, NC for the NASCAR races. Our Directors, the Budds, are jumping from one cruise ship to another to see the world by water. Their subsequent trip to Alaska with the Newmar Caravan group will keep them jumping.
