On our way home from El Mirage, AZ we were traveling through a construction area in Fort Worth, TX. We hit an unmarked big bump. While traveling north on the Kansas Turnpike, north of Wichita. We heard a loud rumble, it was the mud flap dragging on the road. Del dropped the jacks, crawled under to remove the broken rubber grommet on  the ride level adjustment. He brought it in and we repaired it with rubber tape. It worked!!! We made it home without it breaking again. Del ordered a new rubber grommet for $2.67 from Spartan.

What a grand time Del and I had at the Wisconsin Northern Aire’s Rally at the Hickory Oaks Campground in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in the month of May. Hosted by Dennis Johnson and assisted by Sharon Eggert. We had a fascinating tour of EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association). We were on our own on Thursday, so we toured the area, at least what we could get in before 4:30 pm when we met the group to car pool to the Roxy Supper Club for a lovely evening.
